Probably not a bug: It seems (I'm not 100% sure) that I had deleted a comment
that I had added the day before (still with "record changes" on). So if you
delete a comment you added earlier, the change vanishes in the list of changes,
making it a "no change".
Interesting is the question whether there should be two change entries: one for
the addition of the comment, and another for the deletion. That difference
might be important if there was significant editing between the two
forementioned operations.
