Turkish characters not displayed properly in spreadsheet

Compare the text in cell B5 with the same text in the formula bar, the text in
the formula bar is how the characters should be displayed.
Also as commented in the spreadsheet, I came across another bug whilst
preparing this spreadsheet. When I typed in Turkish characters ş and Ş then the
English characters s and S together in one cell although the Turkish characters
were display oddly they did not change case. When I put a space between the
Turkish and English characters the ş changed case to Ş. This also happens for ğ
and in text documents (Writer).

BTW I am using LOffice 3.5.2.2 on a Macbook with 10.4.11
