According, to the documentation
(https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Development/NotebookBar#Try_it_out), we
can enable the notebookbar this way : go to View ▸ Toolbar layout ▸
Notebookbar.
It doesn't appears
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to View ▸ Toolbar layout ▸ Notebookbar.
2. Go to Tools ▸ Customize ▸Add command ▸Click on Notebookbar ▸Press "Add"
Actual Results:
Notebookbar is missing
Expected Results:
Notebook bar should be activated
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
