The attached .odt file has headers and footers on each page, but they are not
displayed by Writer both on Windows and on Ubuntu 16.04.
When opening the file, Writer does not say anything, and therefore everything
seems to be normal.
With MS Office 2007 there is a warning telling you the file is corrupted. But
you can go forward and the file is displayed the same way Writer displays it.
On Abiword and FreeOffice the file is displayed correctly with headers and
footers.
OpenOffice behaves like Writer.
