Thanks for your answer, but there is some misunderstanding and I am afraid that
the explanation I will add appears as a litlle too tricky.
I could not send the original document.
I sent you a document with some modification : the user who did not see any
header under OpenOffice, tried to add a page number in the header; this is what
you see under OpenOffice, and this page number is not correct : according to
it, page numbers are 1, 3, 5, 7 ... where they should be 1, 2, 3, 4 ...
Later I tried to see where was the problem, and I discovered that the document
had header/footer.
When working with the original document (I went again by the user) :
1. MS Office displays a warning
2. FreeOffice displays a correct header/footer
3. the same with Abiword
The user does not want to send the original document for security reasons and
we are waiting, from the creator, the name of the application that created the
document.
