Problem description:
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a document, create a frame and edit the border with options of your
election
2. Save the document as .doc
3. Open the document and you will see the frame but with no border. (Note: if
you save the document as .odt there's no problem with this)
Current behavior: It seems that Writer diesn't save frame's borders information
Expected behavior: Writer does save frame's borders information
Platform (if different from the browser): LibreOffice 3.5.4 in Windows and
LibreOffice 3.5.3 in Kubuntu.
Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:13.0) Gecko/20100101
Firefox/13.0.1
