Description:
I have closed the tool bar 'Formatting' in Libreoffice Writer; however, the
tool bar 'Formatting' jumps out again whenever I launched Libreoffice Writer.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. I closed the toolbar 'formatting'
2. I close Libreoffice Writer
3. I open the Libreoffice Writer again.
Actual Results:
The 'formatting' toolbar jump out again without any setting.
Expected Results:
It should not appear again after I closed it last time.
Reproducible: Always
