            Bug ID: 104064
Summary: No possibility to override grid when creating an
                    object.
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: unspecified
          Hardware: All
                OS: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Draw
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

Create a new Draw-file.
Select "Insert Line".
Press CTRL. You could set the startpoint snapping to grid, if grid is disabled.
You could also set the startpoint not snapping to grid, if grid is enabled.
Now set the endpoint. CTRL won't have any function here: Snaps to grid, if grid
is enabled, doesn't snap if grid is disabled.

Do the same with "Polygon filled". You couldn't start pressing CTRL, but if you
press CTRL later all other points could be set snapping to grid, if grid is
disabled and not snapping to grid, if grid is enabled.

The combination is described in German help.
Have installed a daily build with US/En-help. There is nothing described like
this. Only described to drag the object together with ALT, and this works well.

Tested all here with LO 3.6.7.2 and also LO 5.2.3.3 and Version:
5.3.0.0.alpha1+
Build ID: d881f99c7a911a433ef624e891df3291886cf62b
CPU Threads: 4; OS Version: Linux 4.1; UI Render: default; VCL: kde4; Layout
Engine: new;
TinderBox: Linux-rpm_deb-x86_64@70-TDF, Branch:master, Time:
2016-11-20_10:55:31
Locale: de-DE (de_DE.UTF-8); Calc: group

Seems this behavior has been inherited from OOo. ApacheOO has the same
behavior.
