1. For me the problem exist in every application (Impress/Writer/Calc/Draw)
2. It's isn't just the properties deck, page deck is also affected (with
writer). With impress (Properties, Slide transition, Animation, navigator)
2. The size of the application window before opening the properties window
doesn’t matter. For me it’s always heavily undersized.
3. Quiting and restarting LO won't fix it.
4. Manually widen the deck will fix it. I’m not able to go back to the
undersized position. I have to correct the undersized position for each
application individually
In a broader perspective: When I shrink Writer Gallery to a small position and
then switch to properties, the properties window will also affected
