The official OpenType feature registry is:
https://www.microsoft.com/typography/otspec/featuretags.htm

Basically any feature listed there is supported.

I have no strong feeling either way, if someone can file these bugs then I’m
fine closing this one, except it has some good ideas, like using CSS Text-3
syntax for ODF, but probably we can copy/link them in the relevant new bugs.
