            Bug ID: 104483
Summary: If you put a series of dashes and then hit enter
within 2 lines of that series, it changes to a solid
line across the screen which then can't be deleted
                    except by using un-do.
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 5.1.6.2 release
          Hardware: All
                OS: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Writer
          Assignee: libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org
          Reporter: bugrepor...@gmail.com

Description:
If you put a series of dashes and then hit enter within 2 lines of that series,
it changes to a solid line across the screen which then can't be deleted except
by using un-do. If you made other changes after the line was formed, your only
option is to separately copy everything below the line into a new Writer file
and then separately copy everything above the line into a new Writer file. This
is a pain and takes lots of time and key strokes. It also happened for at least
the last 3 versions of LibreOffice Still if not more. Thanks.

Actual Results:
A straight continuous horizontal line is across the screen and is not
delete-able.

Expected Results:
The software should let you delete the line instead of just undoing it back to
a series of dashes. It should not become an un-delete-able fixture in your
Writer file.

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: yes.
