Please give a try to last stable LO version 5.2.4.
Indeed, Java with 3 digits in minor version has been fixed (see tdf#101057).
Moreover 5.1 branch is EOL.
Also, 1 problem per bugtracker. So let's focus here about wizards that don't
open.
