The Styles "Table Contents" and "Table Heading" shall be translated to
"Tabelleninhalt" and "Tabellenüberschrift".
The current translation "Tabellen Inhalt" and "Tabellen Überschrift" is wrong,
because in strict German syntax it's not legal -- and would be misleading -- to
write nouns in a row without hyphen or without combining them.
