Description:
It's possible to make a unique header & footer of sheet 1 and sheet 2 in calc. 
But the following sheets (sheet 2+n) copy header & footer from sheet 2.
If you open header/footer of sheet 2+n, header/footer of sheet 2 is already
present. 
If you try to change header/footer of sheet 2+n it will change the
header/footer of sheet 2 too. 
It should be possible to make unique header/footer for all sheets in the calc
spreadsheet. 

Steps to Reproduce:
1.make a unique header/footer in sheet 1
2.make a unique header/footer in sheet 2
3.when open header/footer in sheet 2+n you will see it's the same as 2

Actual Results:  
you see that sheet 2+n is the same as sheet 2
if you try to change header/footer of sheet 2+n it will change the
header/footer of sheet 2 too.

Expected Results:
It should be possible to make unique header & footer for all sheets in the calc
spreadsheet.
