You need to create different page styles if you need different headers/footers,
because they are attributes of a page style. Use "Styles and Formatting"
sidebar panel for that, and assign to a sheet by double-clicking.
Being able to define properties of pages in this way allows you to control
similar or different pages very easily and reliably.
