call stack on RuntimeException in virdev.cxx.
Here is the call stack I get when the first RuntimeException gets thrown. Note
that this document contains 4233 drawing objects, and we seem to be creating a
VirtualDevice instance for every single one of them, and ultimately hits
Windows' resource limit.
