--- Comment #2 from Larry Arseneau <[email protected]> ---
You would have to create some chapters. Three should be sufficient, with maybe
three pages each. Set up page numbering in the first chapter which should go
without a problem. But, there is no way that I can find to continue the
numbering into the next two chapters. Then, set up a master document and place
these three chapters in the the newly created document. Now, insert three or
four title and info pages ahead of the chapters. Insert the numbering
for these pages individually, which may or may not work. I finally got it to
work two nights ago, and it now appears in the master document, but the one
chapter in which the page numbers are there and consecutive shows up in the
master document without the page numbers.

What I did accomplish took a lot of time and is taking time away from trying to
finish the book. Originally, when I first created the master document several
years back, the numbering just showed up automatically. Now the system requires
me to crate the numbering, and apparently there is not a provision in the
software to number all page consecutively in the master document. If there is
such a provision, I have yet to find it.

Not being a geek, I am probably not giving you the information that you need.
But I will try.
