I installed this build
http://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/master/Win-x86@42/2017-03-18_00.11.52/libo-master~2017-03-18_00.11.52_LibreOfficeDev_5.4.0.0.alpha0_Win_x86.msi
on Windows 7
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install build
2. try start it
3. look on window with system error (see attach)
Actual Results:
LO don't start, displays system error
Expected Results:
LO start normally
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
