The menubar will be unresponsive the first time after opening the document if a
large data-set is selected
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 132016
2. Press CTRL+A
3. Click on the toolbar - for example - Tools
Actual Results:
The tools menu won't respond for a while (+/- 20 sec)
Expected Results:
The tools menu should open instantaneous
Reproducible: Always
