I can't reproduce it in

CPU threads: 4; OS: Linux 4.8; UI render: default; VCL: gtk2;
Locale: ca-ES (ca_ES.UTF-8); Calc: group
However, LibreOffice freezes if I select the whole sheet and I try to open a
dialog ( ie. About LibreOffice ). Probably this is another issue...
