preliminary toolbar concept
Writer's formatting toolbar is more focused on direct formatting, so this
enhancement will focus on a formatting toolbar that is more focused on styles
and the easier creation of styled documents.
I've created a preliminary toolbar concept in the attached image for people to
comment on and will add dependent bug reports for additional things that need
to be done for the completion of the concept.
The preliminary toolbar concept is as follows
