I thought there is no help pack at all in the package" You go to http://www.libreoffice.org/download/ , it states : "Download LibreOffice LibreOffice Windows, version 3.5.5, English (GB)." And below that link to to files to download 1) LOO 2) built-in help module. That means that LOO and its built-in installable help module should come for EN GB - LOO with UI language EN GB, and nuilt-in help module with texts in EN GB. c) "install built in help" see b) - EN GB,as I mentioned as well in my original message This is definitely is a bug - and the bug is in the configuration of LOO installable file, as it opens with EN US UI language setting, instead of EN GB, although LOo version is marked as EN GB.
