As you simply can see in the name of the download file "LibO_x.x.x_Win_x86_install_multi.msi" and on an arbitrary mirror site like <ftp://ftp.rz.tu-bs.de/pub/mirror/tdf/tdf-pub/libreoffice/stable/3.5.5/win/x86/>: no "EN-US Installation File" does exist, but a multilingual one.
