In Calc, after insert a chart, this chart is anchored to page. I believe is
better anchor to cell.
Since persons believe is better the current mode. I suggest add this as an
option (Tools|Options... -> LibreOffice|Calc|General -> Input settings): [ ]
"Anchor chart to cell after insert".
