Not clear this is the same problem. You are on a Windows 10 system with AMD
R7/R5 GPUs and reasonably current drivers.
You could update to current Crimson ReLive 17.7.1 driver 17.10.3211.1031
(Windows Driver Store Version 22.19.171.1024), but the 21.19.142.32768 is
already a WDDM 2.1 driver.
Curious if your display clears up if you disable LibreOffice OpenGL rendering
from Tools -> Options -> View panel. Uncheck "Use OpenGL for all rendering"
and restart LibreOffice. Result?
