Description:
I just tried the new notebookbar. I had previously toggled formatting marks on,
and wanted to turn them off again. I had a hard time finding the placement of
this setting.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the 'View' tab
2. Look for 'Toggle formatting marks'
Actual Results:
The setting is not there (it's on the home bar).
Expected Results:
Under 'View' I expected a section to control visibility of different things,
including formatting marks.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
