a few weeks ago, an individual of your organization asserted me in a tone of
superiority quite insulting that the failure was because I have been using
unstable versions and have tried all the "stable" versions offered by the
Spanish website and the problem is repeat . I cleaned all the remains of the
installations made and I installed the one offered by the Ubuntu software
center and the problem persists
The operating system is ubuntu 17.04 32 bits, the problem already existed in
ubuntu 16.04. The computer is a Dell Latitude E64000
