Also, please try with version 5.4.4
The bug regarding PDF files cannot be known since 2012 because inserting PDFs
as images was only introduced in 5.3
Set to NEEDINFO.
Change back to UNCONFIRMED, if the problem persists. Change to RESOLVED
WORKSFORME, if the problem went away.
