there is a tick option "Smooth scroll" --- what is this for?
I don't see changes when ticked or unticked...
In the Help it says "Activates the smooth page scrolling function. The
scrolling speed depends of the area and of the color depth display"
This description is very unclear. Is it even working? If so I can't seem to get
what it does and how...
I suggest either change the description in "help" or actually erase that option
if it is not working.
Steps to Reproduce:
Open a text document, choose Tools - Options - LibreOffice Writer/LibreOffice
Writer/Web - View

Actual Results:
When you tick the "Smooth scroll" option, nothing happens
Expected Results:
Something should happen, the problem is I can't say exactly what, because the
description of the option in Help is very unclear.
