Whats the number in your cache-directory? Mine is 200, I guess that means it is
scaled to 200%. I can't reproduce that in 5.4, but maybe you have a different
scale factor...
Btw: If you just want to get rid of the issue for yourself, convert the
corresponding Icons in the Tango-images.zip to 8bit/channel (instead of 256
Colors) and delete the cache. The the Icons should work.
