LibreOffice is not a PDF editor/viewer. This 209 page PDF document is being
filter imported to multiple Draw pages with content on each page being
independently rendered to Draw objects. That filter action is inherently
slow--and is not at all what a PDF viewer does.
The pdfium based insert filter will render the 1st page of the document to a
LibreOffice document canvas immediately.
