Hmm,
Enclosing screenshot from LO master, where the problem doesn't appear to be the
same, only the entries "rd" and "r" don't display the dots leading to
corresponding page number.
I don't know enough about ToC to say whether this is working as designed or not
(minimum number of characters taken into account ?)
