Threads CPU : 4; OS : Mac OS X 10.13.4; UI Render : par défaut;
Locale : fr-FR (fr_FR.UTF-8); Calc: group
1) LibreOffice is already running in the Dock.
2) Double-click on a CSV file on the Desktop.
3) CSV import wizard window loads in front of a grey LO application window.
