Problem description:
When "special pasting" either a row or a column into a row or a column nothing
occurs although it works fine when "special pasting a row or a column into a
cell.
Steps to reproduce:
1. create.a row ..
2. copy it ....
3. secial paste it in a column....
Current behavior:
nothing occurs
Expected behavior:
pasting of the row or column
Platform (if different from the browser):
