Artem, for this one and in general, when you report please download master from
https://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/master/ and try. Best to try both x86
and x64. That will not mess with your working version. It's 6.2+ now.
I think I also experienced slowness in Windows 7 64-bit (with 6.1beta?, on
fresh start?). But key is to have it reproducible. See Bug 117464.
