like "Send user review ..." but actually user is redirected to
https://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/bug/, where can report a bug
It would be more correct to call menu item
"Сообщить о проблеме..." ("Report a problem")
"Сообщить об ошибке..." ("Report a bug")
