Description:
1. Click the "Create Chart" icon. A chart appears
2. Click the "Chart Type" icon. Select any of the "XY (Scatter)" options. A the
chart will change to a scatter chart with dates on the X-axis
3. Click the data table icon. Note that there is no X-Axis column. The X-Axis
data comes from the row number.

Actual Results:
There is no way to specify the X-Axis values.
Expected Results:
Some way to enter X-Axis values.
