First file save after opening slower compared to previous versions
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 145964
2. Press Save -> Monitor time taken. Only happening on the first save after
file-opening
Actual Results:
15 seconds with 6.2
10 seconds with 5.4
Expected Results:
10 seconds
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
