media toolbar
The problem is that the media toolbar contain only of two commands.
.uno:InsertAVMedia
.uno:AVMediaToolBox
And AVMediaToolBox is one command but contain several actions (like play,
pause, volume, ...) so it's very difficult to integrate this command into a two
line layout (like in tabbed NB)
