Workaround (not to be used on mission-critical samba shares, it's really just
that, a workaround):
Go to Tools > Options > Advanced > Expert configuration
Search for 'UseDocumentSystemFileLocking' and 'UseLocking' keys
Set 1st one to 'false'
If it doesn't help, set also 2nd one to 'false'
