This is the broken document.
Problem description:
After saving a document in docx format, and reopening it in LibreOffice, text
of footnotes is missing. The footnote numbers appear on the pages, but the
text is missing.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Add footnotes to a document
2. Save in .DOCX format
3. Reopen the document
Current behavior:
Footnotes are lost, although footnote locations are still visible. The file is
reported as damaged when opened with Microsoft Word 2010.
Note that the footnotes are missing both in Word and in LibreOffice Writer,
this is not simply an interoperability issue.
Expected behavior:
Footnotes are saved and the document can be opened in MS Word.
