And, at some point prior to 6.2 and master/6.3.0 (probably at 5.4.0) the split
button is removed from the Formatting toolbar in favor of the UnderlineSimple
control.
I don't have a load of 5.4, 6.0 or 6.1 available to check against. But I'll
poke at it later.
