I agree with Adalbert that it's not easy to use that part of the UI to insert
references to bookmarks in a hyperlink.
However, if you know which bookmark you need, just type the name in the field
Target, Enter and you're done. that's easy and fast.
Doesn't that work for you?
(A problem is that the type Internet/Mail/Document ..) cannot be chosen by key
board :\ (bug to be filed) and that the choice isn't remembered (bug 90496) )
