I tried deleting "D:\Documents and Settings\Bob\Application Data\LibreOffice" which it recreated with no difference. There is nothing in Tools-Options-Libreoffice-Paths about help. The help package appears to have been installed in "C:\Program Files\LibreOffice 3.6\help\en-GB" So I appear to have the same problem on Windows.
