Please backup your LibO config folder and then delete the folder (not the backup!). See if resetting your user settings corrects the problem. If it does, you can attach the user config folder to this bug and reopen as NEW with edited title saying "user configuration results in slow/laggy table scroll" or something similar. If it does not fix it, please comment and we'll see what other recommendations we can come up with.
