Priority: medium
Bug ID: 56647
Assignee: [email protected]
Summary: Arabic text (laam-alif) rendered differently in
pointing (copying, reading) cell than in cell pointed
to
Severity: minor
Classification: Unclassified
OS: Linux (All)
Reporter: [email protected]
Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Version: 3.4.2 release
Component: Spreadsheet
Product: LibreOffice
Created attachment 69402

snapshot of spreadsheet containing cells containing Arabic text with laam-'alif
combination and cell pointing to it
1) Arabic laam-'alif combination rendered wrongly in cell J1739 (please refer
to snapshot) in which they were typed. [Minor problem; retyping in different
order and/or without copying often helps.]
2) However, the same laam-'alif combination in the cell I1739 that points to
content of the previously mentioned cell J1739.
The real (but rather minor) problem clearly lies in original cell, which
probably memorizes (somehow) the way and/or order in which it was filled with
text.
OS: Linux 2.6.34.10-0.6-desktop x86_64
System: openSUSE 11.3 (x86_64)

Processor (CPU): Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU @ 2.40GHz
Speed: 1,596.00 MHz
