Confirmed on LO 3.6.3.1 Windows Vista 32bit.

To summarise the bug:

1. Save a file as .docx
2. Rename the file as .doc
3. try to open the file. Asked "Should LibreOffice repair the file"
4. Answer "No"
5. Message says "The file [file].doc could not be repaired and therefore cannot
be opened".
6. Click "OK".

Observed behaviour: User is presented with the dialog from Step 3 i.e. "Should
LibreOffice repair the file"

Expected behaviour: All dialogs should close and nothing further should happen.
