Unfortunately it is not as easy as adding the button, because there is no good
place to add the button in the Online :-(
The ideal place would be a new "Table" content panel in the "Properties" deck
in the sidebar which would appear only when the user enters a table. This deck
could contain even other table-related functionality, like adding / removing
rows and columns etc.
How does that sound?
