A global 'i' -> 'I' replacement is inappropriate (baby and bath water). If a
chunk of text (line, sentence) contains non-literary characters (e.g. + - =),
this auto correction should be inhibited. Alternatively, the i->I correction
should be local to this document. 

If the text is pasted in, the "correction" is not implemented.

This "correction" takes place with a clean new document with both versions
tested,
5.2.7.2 and 6.1.5.2
