When you select a graphic object, the *different category* of styles (namely -
frame styles) are shown. See which icon is selected in the styles pane, above
the "Formula" on your screenshot. Yes, you are seeing *all* frame styles there.
When you deselect the image, and have cursor in text, you see paragraph styles,
with own set of "all styles".
